Terms of Service

§ 1. General Provisions

1. These Regulations define the rules for using the website available at https://wrofinanse.pl/.

3. These Regulations constitute the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
4. Before using the Website, the User is obliged to read the content of these Regulations.

§ 2. Definitions

The terms used in these Regulations mean:

1. Service Provider – Adam Mankiewicz Multi Inwest Wrocław.
2. Website – the website available under the domain wrofinanse.pl.
3. User – any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Website.
4. Service – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User via the Website.

§ 3. Type and Scope of Services

1. The Service Provider enables the use of the following free Services via the Website: a) Browsing informational content regarding financial, insurance, and consulting offers. b) Providing a contact form to send an inquiry to the Service Provider. c) (Optional) Providing loan calculators (if available on the website).
2. Important Disclaimer: Information published on the Website, particularly regarding the parameters of loan or insurance offers, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code. The final terms of lending or insurance depend on the individual assessment of the User’s creditworthiness by the financial institution.

§ 4. Technical Requirements

1. To use the Website, it is necessary to have: a) A device with Internet access. b) A properly configured web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) supporting Cookies and JavaScript. c) An active email account – if you wish to use the contact form.

§ 5. Terms of Concluding and Terminating Agreements

1. The agreement for the provision of electronic services (use of the Website) is concluded at the moment the User accesses the Website.
2. The use of the Services is terminated when the User leaves the Website.
3. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and good customs, and in particular to: a) Not provide unlawful content (e.g., in contact forms). b) Not undertake actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Website.

§ 6. Liability

1. The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the data presented on the Website is current and reliable; however, it is not responsible for financial decisions made by the User solely based on the content of the website, without prior consultation with an advisor.

§ 7. Complaint Procedure

In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
