§ 1. General Provisions
- These Regulations define the rules for using the website available at https://wrofinanse.pl/.

- These Regulations constitute the regulations referred to in Article 8 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means.
- Before using the Website, the User is obliged to read the content of these Regulations.
§ 2. Definitions
The terms used in these Regulations mean:
- Service Provider – Adam Mankiewicz Multi Inwest Wrocław.
- Website – the website available under the domain wrofinanse.pl.
- User – any natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the Website.
- Service – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the User via the Website.
§ 3. Type and Scope of Services
- The Service Provider enables the use of the following free Services via the Website: a) Browsing informational content regarding financial, insurance, and consulting offers. b) Providing a contact form to send an inquiry to the Service Provider. c) (Optional) Providing loan calculators (if available on the website).
- Important Disclaimer: Information published on the Website, particularly regarding the parameters of loan or insurance offers, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code.
